HR Manager

The Site People Manager is responsible for leading all people functions within the plant and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. The plant people manager will collaborate closely with operational leadership to understand workforce needs, manage employee relations and drive people initiatives that support business goals. This role requires expertise in people practices, knowledge of labour laws and the ability to develop and implement people programs to maintain a skilled and engaged workforce.
