Pastry Chef (M/F/NB)

THE MISSION?

Just like Mamie's cooking 👵 when we were children, our cooking is generous but high quality 🍰✨. With this in mind, you will take part in setting up the pastry dishes (desserts and sweet breaks) and respect Mama's values 🍰❤️.

• You will be responsible for the quality of service, tidying and cleaning in the kitchen, and storing food 🧽🍽️.
• You will check and ensure that the supplies are in order 📦🔍.
• You will keep the Executive Chef informed of activity and assist him/her with all aspects of pastry-making 👨‍🍳📊.
• You will manage and supervise the team of pastry chefs 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳.
• You will comply with hygiene standards and ensure that equipment is used correctly 🧼✔️.

• A real driving force, your Chef can count on you to motivate and unite the brigade.
• You know how to mobilize the necessary resources at the right time (Human, Financial & Administrative) to succeed. 🤓
• Versatile, you know all the jobs that make up the kitchen inside out. Polyvalent, you are thoroughly familiar with all the roles in the kitchen.

• First verse: We organize an initial telephone interview with our People & Culture Team to see if your application fits in with our rhythm. 🤳
• Chorus: Once you've passed the phone interview, we'll arrange a remote meeting 💻 or a meeting at Mama 🤝 to meet the Gang! 
• Last verse: Naturally, you'll receive a response from us within two to three weeks at the latest, whether it's a ✔️ or a ✖️.
