We're Hiring | Sales Manager (Remote) About Namou Properties Namou Properties is a fast-growing real estate company focused on investor-driven property opportunities and high-value land deals across the UAE market. Role Overview We are looking for a Lebanon-based sales professional to join our remote team and manage investor and buyer relationships in the UAE market. You'll work from Lebanon, handling qualified leads, nurturing client pipelines, and closing high-value property deals — all remotely. This is a fully remote position. You do not need to relocate. All tools, leads, and support are provided. Key Responsibilities Handle investor and buyer inquiries from consultation to closing Build strong long-term client relationships and follow-up pipelines Conduct negotiations and confidently close property deals Manage leads and pipeline activity through the CRM Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Work closely with management to improve conversion performance and sales processes

At least 2-3 years of experience in a senior or high-performing sales role Strong track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding targets Excellent English and Arabic communication skills Self-driven and comfortable working remotely Experience handling investor clients is a plus
