Job description
- Generating Sales: Develop and execute strategies to drive food and beverage sales, focusing on both individual guests and group bookings.
- Client Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses to promote our dining offerings and secure bookings.
- Menu Promotion: Work closely with our culinary team to promote seasonal menus, special promotions, and unique dining experiences.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new sales opportunities.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and presentations to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Proven experience in a sales role within the hospitality industry, preferably in food and beverage.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences in the food and beverage sector.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
