Center Based Behavior Technician

Dragonfly Cares is seeking compassionate and reliable full-time Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide Center services to children on the autism spectrum. Technicians will support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while creating a positive and engaging learning environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are patient, energetic, and passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families. With hours available from 8:30 AM through 6:00 PM, this role accommodates both morning and evening schedules within the same full-time position. WHAT YOU'LL DO Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a center setting to children following individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA Collect and record behavioral data to track progress and guide treatment decisions Build strong, positive relationships with clients and families Maintain accurate, timely documentation that meets clinical and insurance standards Participate in supervision and ongoing trainings to strengthen your clinical skills Dragonfly Cares provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, veteran status, or any other protected status. Comfortability working in a center setting Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field (preferred) Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental delays. Prior experience in ABA preferred. Excellent communication skills, patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others Reliable transportation to center
