Omnichannel Architect (12 Month Contract)

As Omnichannel Architect, you will define how these experiences come together. You’ll shape the architecture that connects voice, digital, AI-driven and human-led interactions into seamless, context-aware journeys across markets, channels and teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Define and evolve SEEK’s omnichannel architecture across voice and digital channels
• Lead APAC-wide telephony consolidation and establish a scalable platform strategy
• Design integration patterns across CRM, AI, data and engagement platforms
• Embed AI, automation and agentic workflows into customer interactions
• Enable metric-driven experimentation to surface what works and accelerate decision-making across channels and markets
• Establish guardrails that enable speed without accumulating technical debt
• Guide vendor and platform decisions for long-term architectural fit
• Drive a cohesive omnichannel vision across teams, markets and products

The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to shape a foundational capability from the ground up. You’ll define the architecture that underpins SEEK’s sales and service transformation, bringing together AI, automation and omnichannel engagement into a cohesive, scalable platform.

• Extensive omnichannel architecture experience at APAC scale, with a strong track record in telephony migration and consolidation
• Deep understanding of customer engagement across voice and digital channels
• Experience integrating AI, automation, modern CRM and Martech into real-world workflows
• Expertise in defining integration architecture across complex ecosystems
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across product, engineering and business
• Comfortable with ambiguity – able to balance long-term vision with practical delivery in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment
• Able to balance speed to market with long-term platform evolution – working with the wider architecture team to ensure solutions fit the broader ecosystem
