Your Job

We are looking for an Analyst, Business Relationship Management for our ITSM team.

Workplace: Anjou (7101, Jean-Talon E)

Hiring Manager : Olivier Fagang

Role: Under the supervision of the ITSM Manager , acting as ITSM representative for a dedicated line of business.

  • Point of contact for IT Community
  • Involved in IT line of business service offered
  • Involved in line of business specific requirements
  • Involved in system criticality definition
  • Involved in Incident, change and problem management
  • Involved in User experience initiatives
  • Involved in project prioritization
  • Involved in continues improvement initiatives
  • Prepared and presented activities review and project to upper management

Your Skills

  • Undergraduate university degree
  • At least 5 years of experience business analysis experience or business relationship management
  • Advanced bilingualism (French and English)
