As a Virtual Concierge Associate EA, you will play a pivotal role in providing efficient and effective administrative support to senior executives, confirming smooth operations within our organization. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential information, contributing to the seamless communication and functionality of our team. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will engage with diverse stakeholders, building meaningful connections and growing your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge and understanding your strengths.

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to senior executives, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Utilizing office productivity applications for efficient data entry and electronic records management
  • Coordinating executive travel and managing travel planning logistics
  • Supporting event management and meeting coordination to facilitate smooth operations
  • Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to enhance administrative efficiency
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support project coordination and deployment
  • Managing corporate records and correspondence to maintain organized documentation
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and KPI analysis for informed decision-making
  • Maintaining office equipment and managing office supply ordering to validate operational readiness
  • Applying active listening and communication skills to foster effective stakeholder management

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 1 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
