Job Requirements

Position Purpose

The role is responsible for driving Learning Operations, Governance, Analytics, and Program Management for the ISCM EDGE Learning ecosystem across manufacturing divisions. The incumbent will ensure seamless execution of capability-building initiatives, learning systems governance, stakeholder collaboration and learning analytics aligned to business priorities.

• External Learning Partnerships & joint Program design
• Budget, Cost & Asset Management
• Knowledge Management & Capability Architecture Support

Work Experience

• BE + MBA / PGDM or equivalent qualification
• 10–12 years' experience in Learning Operations / L&D / Capability Building
• Manufacturing exposure preferred
• Experience in LMS, dashboards, governance and stakeholder coordination preferred
