Job Requirements
The Cybersecurity Manager will be responsible for ensuring the security of the organization's applications, networks, and information systems. Daily responsibilities include performing vulnerability assessments, managing cybersecurity frameworks, implementing network and application security protocols, and ensuring compliance with information security standards. The role also involves proactive risk assessment and mitigation, as well as staying current with industry trends and emerging threats.
Work Experience
- Proficiency in Cybersecurity, Application Security, and Information Security practices
- Expertise in Network Security and Vulnerability Assessment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address security vulnerabilities
- In-depth knowledge of security compliance standards, regulations, and industry best practices
- Experience with designing and implementing robust security measures
· Implementing enterprise cyber risk assessment frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS)
· Cyber roadmap covering IT, OT, Cloud & Third‑Party risks security controls with business agility.
· Han dling a major security incident or near‑miss structure an Incident Response Plan (IRP)
· Test IR, DR and BCP effectiveness—tabletop vs live drills
· experience with IAM, PAM and role‑based access in enterprise systems and securing Cloud & SaaS applications (CASB, DLP, MFA).
· vulnerability management—tools, severity, remediation ownership
· Proficient on I ndian regulations (DPDP Act, CERT‑In, data localisation)
· Managing cybersecurity clauses in MSAs / vendor contracts and handle customer queries.
· Actively verify SOC reports, VAPT, certifications govern cybersecurity for Offshore Development Centres onshore/overseas ODCs
· Hands on with segment IT–OT networks to reduce blast radius knowledge to handle patching and vulnerability management in OT systems with uptime constraints, continuously create cyber awareness for shop‑floor employees and have worked on IEC 62443 or OT security standards
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lead and manage a cybersecurity team effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) are highly desirable
- Proficiency in Cybersecurity, Application Security, and Information Security practices
- Expertise in Network Security and Vulnerability Assessment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address security vulnerabilities
