With offices in Amsterdam, New York, and Shanghai, we run two products: Location Intelligence (120+ data points per outlet across 50+ countries) and Food Delivery for optimising Sales & Marketing. We pair both with AI agents that work alongside our clients’ commercial, sales, and insights teams to find, score, and convert the right opportunities.

The Role

We are hiring a Forward Deploy Engineering Lead.

Location: Amsterdam (the Netherlands) or Shanghai (China)

You have the best of two worlds: you understand our client use-cases by heart, but you also know how we can solve them for one particular client AND at scale across all our clients. You have the ability to create product vision, the ability to build the first version of that vision using AI engineering, and then the power to lead a team to take it from prototype to production.

Think Forward Deployed Engineer (Palantir / Anthropic / OpenAI sense) crossed with an engineering lead who owns delivery end-to-end: vision + builder + customer-facing + team lead.

Main responsibilities

•

Client-Facing Forward Deployment : Sit close to our enterprise clients ( Coca-Cola, Heineken, Red Bull, Suntory ). Join customer calls. Watch how the product is actually adopted. Spot the use cases that turn into a product. Build POCs and features that make clients exponentially more engaged with us and our product.

Product Vision : Translate what you see at the customer into a product vision that solves not just one account but every account at scale. Decide what’s worth building, what’s worth cutting, what’s good enough.

AI-Native Building : Build the first version of that vision yourself, with Claude Code/agent loops as your default operating system. Ship in days, not months.

Productization at Scale : Know what it takes to go from an agentic-coding prototype to a productized solution running at scale across all our clients. Architect for it from day one.

•

Team Leadership : Oversee team members to take prototypes to production. Set the bar. Run 1:1s. Coach the team on AI-native ways of working. Hire and level up.

International Bridge : Be the daily partner across our offices (Amsterdam, New York, Shanghai) and our clients across every timezone.
