Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Lead Product Manager to drive product vision, strategy, and execution across a portfolio of products. This role will lead cross-functional teams, align business objectives with customer needs, and deliver innovative solutions that create measurable business impact. The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership, analytical thinking, customer empathy, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and communicate the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and emerging industry trends.
  • Align product initiatives with organizational goals and business objectives.
  • Prioritize product investments based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.

Product Leadership

  • Lead and mentor Product Managers and Associate Product Managers.
  • Establish product management best practices, frameworks, and processes.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a thought leader and advocate for customer-centric product development.

Product Development & Execution

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable product requirements and user stories.
  • Manage product lifecycles from concept through launch and optimization.
  • Ensure timely delivery of product releases while balancing scope, quality, and resources.

Customer & Market Insights

  • Conduct customer research and gather feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer behavior.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities and validate solutions.
  • Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product development process.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with executive leadership and key business stakeholders.
  • Present product strategies, roadmaps, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
  • Drive alignment across teams and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Facilitate decision-making through data-driven recommendations.

Performance & Analytics

  • Define and track key product performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor product success through user engagement, adoption, retention, and revenue metrics.
  • Leverage experimentation and A/B testing to optimize product outcomes.
  • Continuously evaluate product performance and identify improvement opportunities

Work Experience

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex products or platforms.
  • 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring product teams.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
  • Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
  • Strong understanding of product development methodologies and lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, or technology industries.
  • Experience with product analytics tools and experimentation platforms.
  • Knowledge of UX research, customer journey mapping, and design thinking methodologies.
  • Experience managing multiple product lines or platforms.
