What the day will look like Provides day-to-day operational support to the Claims Advocacy team Handles straightforward and low‑complexity non‑motor claim Manages claims documentation, data entry, and system updates Tracks claim status and performs timely follow‑ups with insurers, adjusters, and service providers Coordinates inspections, document submissions, and routine claim requirements Prepares regular claims status updates, trackers, and basic reports Maintains accurate and complete claim files for audit and compliance purposes Escalates delays, issues, or potential concerns to senior claims staff Ensures adherence to internal procedures, SLAs, and regulatory requirements Supports improved turnaround time and service quality for key accounts Frees up senior claims advocates to focus on complex, problematic, and priority claims How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
