Technical Specialist I

We are looking for a Technical Specialist – Water to join our team. This role is open due to an internal career move and offers a high level of independence and technical responsibility.

You will focus on water treatment and chemical solutions for heavy industry , with a strong emphasis on nuclear power plants .

What you will do

• Provide technical support to customers in water treatment and chemical applications
• Install and commission equipment in industrial environments
• Perform system analysis, diagnostics, and optimization
• Deliver expert advice to customers and internal teams
• Act as a safety leader , ensuring high safety standards
• Support and mentor Field Service colleagues
• Work independently and manage your own priorities

What we are looking for

• University degree in engineering, chemistry, or a technical field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial environment
• Experience with nuclear power plants is strongly required
• Knowledge of water treatment is an advantage
• English at B2 level or higher (technical English required)
• Hands-on mindset – ability to work with tools (drilling, assembly, etc.)
• Driving license (Category B)
• Based in or willing to work in the Brno / South Moravia region
