Summary of Position
The Assistant Client Responsible Manager (ACRM) position is responsible for providing support to the CRM Team for the aircraft account management in general. It is including to handle all kind of client requests (non-trip related) and providing regular aircraft status report to the clients. This ACRM position also requires working alongside with the Client Aviation Manager (CAM) and the Client Support Executive (CSE) to resolve any issues related to Crew, Operation, Maintenance, Insurance and Client Complaints to ensure the account is running smoothly.
Job Responsibilities
•
Assist and coordinate with aircraft management client accounts during the contract.
•
Assist in maintaining close relationships with a portfolio of ultra-high net worth clients related to aircraft management.
•
Assist in monitoring client accounts and provide suggestions when needed.
•
Monitor the aircraft's financial status to ensure every dollar spent by the customer is justified.
•
Support and coordinate business development activities with an aim to expand the fleet of managed aircraft in the Southeast Asia region.
•
Support and coordinate process streamlining projects to achieve a more efficient internal workflow.
•
Assist in handling requests regarding aircraft sales.
•
Supervision of smooth exit and handover to the next operator or assist in the sale process.
•
Assist the CRM Team to produce monthly reports for Clients.
•
Opportunity for promotion to a ‘Standard’ CRM position after the probation period, contingent upon outstanding performance during that time.
