Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Lawyer to serve as a trusted legal partner to our business and leadership teams. In this role, you will provide practical, business-oriented legal advice, support strategic initiatives, manage a wide range of commercial agreements, and help ensure legal and regulatory compliance across our operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced technology environment and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
Your Impact
- As a Junior Account Payable , you will be part of our finance team and play a key role in supporting the Company’s daily operations. You will gain exposure to end-to-end AP processes, compliance, and reporting, while working alongside experienced finance professionals in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Prepare, draft and review commercial contracts and other legal documents, e.g. POA, MOU or NDA, relating to company’s businesses, both in Thai and English, to ensure that terms and conditions comply with applicable laws and regulations, and properly protect the company’s interest;
- Provide legal advices to and coordinate with related stakeholders;
- Coordinated with related departments, e.g. commercial, business units in negotiating legal terms and conditions, or help them understanding legal terms and conditions, legal consequences;
- Provide legal trainings for various parties in the company on existing and upcoming laws and regulations, as well as company’s policies;
- Assisting in various ad-hoc projects and be capable of coordinating and building trust with all stakeholders; and Liaise with government authorities and other third parties, as needed.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Laws;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience i n the legal field;
- Lawyer license is a must;
- Notary Public (preferable);
- Experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and service-minded attitude, fast learner with a strong sense of ethics and accountability;
- Ability to work under pressure, do multiple tasks and complete assignments in due course;
- A team player who can develop strong working relationships with colleagues;
- Native proficiency in Thai and a strong command of English (required).
