Job description

For our Client, an international company operating in the mobility services sector, we are looking for a Commercial Director Poland & Baltics.

Responsibilities

  • creating and executing commercial strategy across Poland and the Baltic countries,
  • driving business growth and achieving sales and profitability targets in line with the Group strategy,
  • managing and developing a multi-country sales organization, including direct leadership of sales managers and indirect leadership of local sales teams,
  • defining and monitoring sales KPIs, budgets and performance indicators,
  • identifying new business opportunities and leading geographical expansion initiatives,
  • developing strategic relationships with key customers, partners and distribution channels,
  • supporting the launch and commercialization of new mobility and payment services,
  • cooperating closely with product, marketing and customer care teams to maximize business performance,
  • representing the company during meetings, industry events, conferences and negotiations,
  • driving continuous improvement across sales and customer service processes.

Requirements

  • university degree in Business, Economics or a related field,
  • minimum 15 years of professional experience in B2B services,
  • experience in mobility services, transport, fleet management, fuel cards, payment solutions or related industries will be highly preferred,
  • proven track record of delivering ambitious sales targets and managing P&L responsibility,
  • experience in leading geographically dispersed and multicultural sales teams,
  • strong business development, negotiation and relationship management skills,
  • ability to build long-term partnerships with strategic customers and business partners,
  • excellent leadership, coaching and people management capabilities,
  • strong analytical and strategic thinking skills,
  • fluency in English,
  • willingness to travel frequently across the region.
