Job description
For our Client, an international company operating in the mobility services sector, we are looking for a Commercial Director Poland & Baltics.
Responsibilities
- creating and executing commercial strategy across Poland and the Baltic countries,
- driving business growth and achieving sales and profitability targets in line with the Group strategy,
- managing and developing a multi-country sales organization, including direct leadership of sales managers and indirect leadership of local sales teams,
- defining and monitoring sales KPIs, budgets and performance indicators,
- identifying new business opportunities and leading geographical expansion initiatives,
- developing strategic relationships with key customers, partners and distribution channels,
- supporting the launch and commercialization of new mobility and payment services,
- cooperating closely with product, marketing and customer care teams to maximize business performance,
- representing the company during meetings, industry events, conferences and negotiations,
- driving continuous improvement across sales and customer service processes.
Requirements
- university degree in Business, Economics or a related field,
- minimum 15 years of professional experience in B2B services,
- experience in mobility services, transport, fleet management, fuel cards, payment solutions or related industries will be highly preferred,
- proven track record of delivering ambitious sales targets and managing P&L responsibility,
- experience in leading geographically dispersed and multicultural sales teams,
- strong business development, negotiation and relationship management skills,
- ability to build long-term partnerships with strategic customers and business partners,
- excellent leadership, coaching and people management capabilities,
- strong analytical and strategic thinking skills,
- fluency in English,
- willingness to travel frequently across the region.
