In this role you will be part of the Commercial Team at Glovo, working closely with SMB Account Management Team Manager. 

Be a part of a Team where you will:

  • Build and lead a high-performing SMB Team.

  • Recruit, onboard and develop your Direct Reports.

  • Help your team achieve ambitious commercial targets through coaching, guidance and performance management.

  • Analyze business performance and identify opportunities to drive growth.

  • Improve ways of working and contribute to selected business initiatives.

  • Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to share best practices and drive business impact.

You have:

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success, Consulting or a fast-paced start-up environment.

  • 2+ years of People management experience or a strong motivation to grow as a leader.

  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

  • Commercial acumen and a results-driven attitude.

  • Good written and spoken communication in Polish and English.

  • Proactive, organized and eager to learn.
