Manager - Digital Transformation and Innovation.Group Strategy and Transformation

Responsible for supporting the implementation Digital Transformation program through the successful delivery of related program initiatives, alongside supporting the development, refining and rollout of the blueprint for MTN’s strategic innovation model. Will be responsible for the delivery of designated work streams as part of the digital transformation program (e.g., oversight on definition and delivery of new customer journeys and related cross-functional impacts, managing regular reviews of OpCos’ digital maturity or supporting development and management of initiative pipelines for RPA). The role invariably involves working across multiple teams in the successful delivery of various work streams, working as a part of a larger Digital Transformation Program team consisting of other internal functions, external contractors and business line subject matter experts.
