Job description
Your key responsibilities:
- Process standardization: overseeing and coordinating the standardization of a specific business process in the organization on various markets.
- Identifying areas for optimization: analyzing processes or conducting process analysis to find opportunities for improvement and increase efficiency.
- Quality and Compliance Assurance: maintaining the high quality of activities and compliance of processes with requirements and standards in cooperation with local units and/or local Business Process Owners.
- Process KPI reporting and analysis.
- Close cooperation with stakeholders: working closely with Financial Operations, IT, Controlling, Management, and related entities within selected processes to achieve the organization's goals.
Requirements:
- Min. 2 years of experience in the area of Fixed Assets.
- Proven track record of experience in business process analysis, standardization, and improvement in finance (R2R, FA), proven by at least 2 successful projects.
- Min. 2 years of experience in an international GBO/SSC.
- Software project development/implementation experience.
- Project management experience, including tracking and planning projects in an international company.
- Experience working in a Lean or Six Sigma model.
- Knowledge of Polish and English (B2+ level in speech and writing).
- Education: Process management, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Controlling, Finance, or Internal Audit.
- Strong experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders and demonstrated communication skills, both written and oral, with all levels of management.
- Readiness for business travel is required.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with SAP FI / SAP FA.
- Experience in conducting Internal Audits would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of any other European language (Italian, French, Spanish) would be a plus.
