Job description
Optimal on behalf of its client, a leading company of energy sector, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on its premises in Marousi (Attica).
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travelarrangements. Prepare and organize materials for meetings and presentations.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders,ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up on action items with professionalism andconfidentiality.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, minutes, andfollow-up actions.
- Document Management: Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.Maintain organized files and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, tracking deadlines anddeliverables.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with integrity and maintain the highest level ofconfidentiality regarding corporate matters.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with preference in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Up to 5 years experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
