Shift Supervisor

What You’ll Do

As Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind developing and organizing the team, offering support for efficient operation in our plant. Your responsibilities will include:

Championing Safety

Foster a culture of safety by ensuring full compliance with BA Glass policies and procedures. Your leadership will help us maintain a zero-accident workplace.

Support Production

Oversee daily activities to maximize the use of equipment, personnel, and materials.

•

Leading and Developing Teams

Provide hands-on leadership, training, and mentorship to department employees. Collaborate with HR on recruitment, performance evaluations, and employee development.

•

Ensuring Compliance

Maintain strict adherence to quality and environmental standards, ensuring the operations within all regulatory and company guidelines.

Introduction

• Available to work in shifts.
• Engineering Degree preferably in Mechanical, Mechatronic or Robotics Engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• English & Romanian minimum B2
• Industry experience (is a plus)

Information As a Shift Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to:

Manage the team, organizing the daily schedules, employee shifts, and time-off requests

Ensure that daily production KPIs are met

Provide guidance and feedback to employees when needed

Ensure industry rules and regulations are followed

Supervise that sorting machines, the packing lines and the shrinking machine are working properly;

Supеrvisе thе entire technologicаl flow;

Supervise the production and do the reports in order to ensure the required quality level;

Offer support in the resolution and prevention of noncompliance issues;

Able to work independently with support from the technical coordinator.
