This role is ideal for individuals fluent in Dutch who are enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service in the telecom sector. As a Customer Agent, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries and issues related to Proximus services, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch across phone, email, and chat channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries about telecom products, services, billing, and technical support.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Stay informed about Proximus services, updates, and industry trends.
