Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Agent to work remotely from Greece, supporting Pluxee, a dynamic and innovative company. This remote role is ideal for individuals fluent in Dutch who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Customer Agent, you will be responsible for assisting Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with account management, product information, and issue resolution.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer experience and service processes.
• Stay informed about Pluxee’s products, services, and policies.
• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in a remote setting.
