This role is ideal for individuals fluent in Flemish who are committed to delivering excellent customer service in the energy sector. As a Customer Agent, you will assist Flemish-speaking customers by handling inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Flemish via phone, email, and chat from a remote location.
• Assist customers with account management, billing questions, service requests, and other energy-related inquiries.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to achieve high satisfaction levels.
