Position: Software Engineer

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Identify and fix bugs, perform code reviews, and optimize application performance.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Monday.com
• Coding experience
• Experience with software development frameworks and tools.
• Good understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote team.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Comfortable working U.S. hours
• Remote work from home
