We are seeking an energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives on building strong partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, serving as a strategic partner dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and leaders. This position will support the Nursing Talent Acquisition division.

Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to learn unit-specific needs, define role expectations, and support strategic workforce planning that strengthens patient care
- Develop and manage job postings and recruitment materials that align with our brand and position Catholic Health as an employer of choice
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews to deliver strong candidate slates utilizing a diverse portfolio of resources
- Build and maintain talent pipelines, with emphasis on critical and hard-to-fill clinical roles.
- Present and negotiate offers in collaboration with leadership, local human resources, and central compensation departments
- Maintain clear, timely communication with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Represent Catholic Health at recruitment events, including career fairs, interview days, and community outreach initiatives
- Collaborate with Onboarding, Local HR, and Nursing Education to create a seamless, welcoming experience for new hires
- Support nursing excellence, retention and engagement initiatives that foster a thriving workforce
- Performs additional responsibilities as required to support departmental and organizational goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3-5 years of progressively increasing responsibility within Healthcare Talent Acquisition required
- Social media savvy, especially as pertains to sourcing of talent. Experience using tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter
- Applicant Tracking System experience required (iCIMS preferred), in addition to the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Salary Range
USD $75,000.00 - USD $105,000.00 /Yr.
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
