In this role, you will be a go-to resource for employees, providing day-to-day HR support, leading hourly recruiting, and driving engagement initiatives that make our workplace positive and productive. What Drives Success Support a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, compliance, and employee relations Partner with hiring managers on recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates Assist managers with job evaluations and organizational structure updates Interpret HR policies and provide guidance to employees and leaders on workplace matters Conduct employee relations activities, including investigations and exit interviews Facilitate new hire orientations and support onboarding initiatives Analyze HR data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations Support and advise leaders on employee relations best practices Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives Provide guidance and support to junior HR team members as needed Why You’ll Love Working Here Make a measurable impact on hiring, retention, and employee engagement. What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of HR laws, compliance, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage clerical and administrative responsibilities with high accuracy and efficiency. Excellent organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced setting. Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset. High attention to detail and accuracy in data management. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; intermediate PowerPoint and MS Office skills. Bilingual in Spanish is a strong advantage. What We Offer Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $63,000 to $85,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime. Benefits: Subject to applicable eligibility requirements, the following benefits are offered for this role: tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short-term disability insurance; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long-term disability insurance.
