Job description
- Provide administrative and executive support to the Deputy CEO, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Deputy CEO and internal and external stakeholders.
- Screen and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain and manage the Deputy CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and business commitments.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparation of materials and follow-up actions.
- Arrange business travel, including itineraries, accommodation, transportation, and related logistics.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other communication materials as requested by the Deputy CEO.
- Produce accurate reports and summaries, ensuring attention to detail and timely delivery.
- Translate, proofread, and review documents in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and company documents.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in administrative or executive support roles, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian, with strong writing, proofreading, and translation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
