As the Repair & Maintenance Inventory Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day maintenance functions that keep the park running smoothly.
Job Summary
The Repair & Maintenance Inventory Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Maintenance Team by managing service requests, inventory, and documentation processes. This position serves as the primary point of contact for the Maintenance Department and ensures smooth operations through accurate record-keeping, effective communication, and adherence to company standards.
The Details: Position Type: Seasonal Season Dates: July 2026 - November 2026 Pay: $18.25 - $20.75 Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities
- Process service requests, work orders, and purchase requisitions using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Maintain accurate inventory of repair parts, asset components, and hospitality-related supplies.
- Conduct periodic physical inventories and assist with annual audits in coordination with the General Accounting Office.
- Collaborate with the R&M Warehouse to manage incoming inventory, reduce back-stock, and eliminate obsolete items.
- Apply working knowledge of asset management and mechanical systems, including boilers, kitchen equipment, and HVAC.
- Ensure accurate documentation of labor hours and materials used by maintenance staff.
- Receive and process all repair and maintenance material deliveries.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the Maintenance Department, responding to phone, radio, and email inquiries (serve as the departments dispatcher).
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CMMS (Maximo).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage time effectively.
- Experience with spreadsheet creation and asset data management.
- Ability to identify and resolve inconsistencies in CMMS records.
- Familiarity with commercial equipment such as kitchen appliances, HVAC systems, and boilers.
- Professional and approachable demeanor.
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for the past three years.
- Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and flexible shifts.
Physical Requirements Include
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to adapt to working and living at altitude (greater than 6,000 feet above sea level).
