What you will be doing

• Support any ad-hoc administration tasks set by FM & wider FM Team.
• Support in monitoring the Facilities Inbox and Support Hub, actioning requests and responding to queries.
• Support the FM with the day to day management of third party contractors and providers of outsourced services.
• Assist with meeting room, events and hospitality set ups throughout the day
• Action ad-hoc and reactive tasks allocated by the FM.
• Completion of weekly Health & Safety checks.
• Cleaning & Maintenance daily & periodic checks to ensure compliance and general cleanliness. Report findings to the site specific Facilities Manager (FM).
• Administration of Key Register & Key Safe.
• Portering.

You will ideally have

• IT literate
• Team oriented pro-active, open minded team player
• Good organisational skills with an attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to demonstrate commitment and flexibility at all times
• Multi-tasking skills and ability to work on a variety of items simultaneously
• Good Time Management skills
• To be professional and presentable in uniform at all times
