The All Day Dining Server takes orders recommends menu items, and ensures the timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages. They possess extensive knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary restrictions, in order to assist guests with their choices. • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education, training, or certification in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, or a related field is an advantage.
   
• Work Experience: Previous experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly within a hotel, fine dining restaurant, or luxury hospitality environment, is preferred.
   
• Guest Service Skills: Exceptional guest service skills are essential. Candidates should demonstrate a genuine passion for creating memorable dining experiences through personalized, attentive, and professional service while consistently exceeding guest expectations.
   
• Knowledge of Food and Beverage: A solid understanding of food and beverage service standards, menu offerings, ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage pairings is important. Familiarity with dietary restrictions, allergens, and special guest requests is highly beneficial.
   
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required. The ability to interact confidently and courteously with guests, accurately take orders, provide recommendations, and respond effectively to inquiries is essential.
   
• Teamwork: The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments is crucial. All Day Dining Servers must coordinate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, supervisors, and fellow team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
