1- Design Competencies

• CAD software (Catia. Creo…)
• requirement analysis
• structure design/ feasibility study /technical reviews /tolerance calculation
• release data / drawing/BOM
• parts approval

2- R&D Support to other disciplines

• support to production
• support to other service department (SQM, LD, AP, Q, …)

3- Quality Assurance

• be responsible for Design Verification
• support to PV
• documentation as required by company/department regulation
• design for manufacture and production

4- Communication-- Work effectively with cross-functional teams

• within project team
• to customer
• to supplier
• escalation when the cost, time and risk is out of control
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• Proficiency in CAD software (Catia. Creo…)
• Effective communication skills for teamwork and client interactions
• Can communicate in English
• Strong learning ability and willing to learn
