About the Role The Client Executive supports the servicing and management of power and energy accounts by assisting in insurance placements, renewals, documentation, and client coordination. The role ensures timely and accurate delivery of broking services while developing technical expertise in energy insurance. Key responsibilities Act as secondary point of contact for assigned clients in the power and energy sector. Support day-to-day servicing requirements, including policy inquiries and documentation. Maintain accurate client records and account documentation. Assist in preparing insurance submissions, underwriting information, and market presentations. Coordinate with insurers to obtain quotations and coverage terms. Compare quotes and prepare summary reports for client review. Support renewal processes, including gathering updated client data and exposure information. Prepare policy documentation, endorsements, and certificates. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. Assist clients in claims notification and documentation. Liaise with internal teams, insurers, and clients to ensure timely service delivery. Prepare reports, renewal summaries, and presentations. Monitor timelines and ensure deliverables are met. Develop understanding of power and energy risk exposures and insurance products. Participate in training programs and technical sessions. Stay updated with market trends and regulatory requirements. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Engineering, Finance, or Business preferred) Preferably with Insurance Commission (IC) licensing (or willing to obtain) Minimum 2–5 years of experience in insurance broking, underwriting, or related field Exposure to engineering, construction, or energy accounts is an advantage Competencies: Strong organizational and coordination skills Attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and client handling skills Analytical and problem-solving ability Willingness to learn and grow in technical insurance Team-oriented and dependable What’s on offer At Gallagher, we believe in empowering our people to thrive both professionally and personally.
