About the Role The Billing and Collections Associate is a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely billing, monitoring accounts receivable, and overseeing collection activities. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to foster professional relationships with clients while adhering to company policies and compliance standards. You will be part of a dynamic team that supports our mission to deliver tailored insurance solutions and effective risk management strategies. Key responsibilities Provide proactive support to Account Officers Prepare and present sales and revenue reports to the Management Delivers sales presentations clearly & accurately to prospective and existing clients including sales updates with internal stakeholders Consistently achieve & deliver quarterly and annual production and revenue targets Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions Strengthen relationships with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs and identifying new opportunities Oversee the management and fulfilment of deliverables for newly closed and renewed accounts Monitor deliverables for new and renewal business Tracking of daily transactions received from various touch points and ensuring all requests are addressed promptly and accurately Conduct outreach calls to prospective clients to gather essential information and ensure accurate and timely data entry into the system Adhoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management/Marketing or any related field 1-2 years of Customer Service experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong project and time management skills Knowledge of business and management principles Organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously Team player with a high level of professionalism and integrity What’s on offer At Gallagher, we believe in empowering our people to thrive both professionally and personally.
