"Pega CDH - Senior Decisioning Architect Client Location: Emirates NBD,  8-10 years of experience in Pega and 6 - 8 years of experience in Pega CDH  The candidates will act as a CDH SME for Pega Platform perspective preferably in banking and financial services.  Pega CSSA Certification and Pega Decisioning Consultant  Experience in Pega CDH 8.X or higher versions,NBAD framework  Proven track record of delivering hyper-personalized solutions using NBA strategies across inbound and outbound channels in both batch and real-time mode  Hands-on experience with Pega CDH components like ADM, DSM, Value Finder, Customer Profiler, etc.  Proficiency in SQL, JSON, real-time decisioning, and object-oriented programming principles.  Translate business requirements into decisioning logic, including Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies, engagement policies, and offer flows.  Design and configure core decisioning logic using Pega CDH, including rules, propositions, treatments, and decision data flows.  Develop Pega CDH features in Agile environments.  Provide pos-implementation support and resolve production defects.  Monitor application performance to ensure scalability and efficiency.  Mentor and lead a team of Pega NBA Designers or developers.  Perform tasks such as proposition builds, customer data flow updates, and interaction updates.  Good understanding and experience in Digital applications, and Business Functions  Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize data into actionable insights.  Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.  Designing in alignment with Clients Business objective Good to have skills:  1:1 Operation Manager  Knowledge in externalisation of Cassandra , KAFKA, Elastic search  Familiarity with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation."
