About the Role
As a Senior Credit Analyst & Portfolio Monitoring professional in the Corporate Liability Group (CLG), you will be responsible for managing and analyzing the CLG portfolio, ensuring timely credit renewals, regulatory compliance, and accurate reporting. The role involves preparing credit assessment memos (CAMs), monitoring portfolio utilization, and supporting Relationship Managers (RMs) with curated leads and client insights to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare Credit Assessment Memos (CAMs) and ensure timely renewals.
- Monitor portfolio performance and utilization of credit limits.
- Ensure audit and regulatory compliance across all portfolio activities.
- Generate curated leads to support CLG Relationship Managers.
- Work on key strategic projects related to portfolio enhancement and risk management.
- Maintain accurate and error-free data across the CLG portfolio.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Create weekly MIS reports to maintain business momentum.
- Conduct hygiene checks for account opening, CAM creation, AREC, deferrals, I/EDMPS, covenants, ReKYC, etc.
- Assist RMs with client-specific data and portfolio insights.
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data capture for the CLG portfolio.
- Enable RMs to focus on client engagement and business development by reducing time spent on operational tasks.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Graduation: Any discipline.
- Post-graduation: Preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in credit analysis, portfolio monitoring, or corporate banking.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong analytical and credit assessment skills.
- Attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Knowledge of regulatory and audit requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and support cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MIS reporting and portfolio tracking tools.
