Job description

This is a part time position currently approved for 50-75% financial remuneration. The duties of human resource manager is being delegated into its own position for the first time in Ängsbacka, originally being conducted by the executive manager. A framework for hiring processes has been developed but further refinement and the creation of other human resource structures will need developing upon this role being filled. So if you are excited by the idea of having real lasting change in Ängsbacka and helping to build a stronger organisation and community this could be a rewarding opportunity. If you know that you can follow structure but are not a visionary in it’s creation there may be other opportunities in the future to join the staff but it is not recommended for this role.
