About the Opportunity
Scowtt is building the next generation of autonomous revenue growth by fusing AI, Sales, and Marketing into a single intelligent system. Our Agentic AI Sales platform goes beyond traditional lead engagement by leveraging proprietary prediction models to understand why a buyer is likely to convert and who is most ready to purchase, enabling fully autonomous acquisition, upsell, and cross-sell across the customer lifecycle.
We are seeking a senior product manager to own and scale Scowtt’s AI Sales product portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of AI, CRM data, predictive modeling, and revenue execution. You will be responsible for turning advanced prediction capabilities into differentiated, market-leading product experiences that drive measurable pipeline growth, conversion lift, and revenue expansion for our customers.
What You’ll Do
Product Strategy & AI Sales Vision

- Own the product vision and roadmap for Scowtt’s AI Sales platform.
- Define how Agentic AI autonomously drives inbound conversion, upsell, and cross-sell.
- Translate proprietary ML predictions into clear customer value.
- Establish success metrics tied to conversion and revenue impact.
Predictive Conversion Intelligence

- Productize prediction models that identify why inquiries convert.
- Ensure AI adapts engagement strategies based on predicted motivators.
- Partner with Data Science to improve model accuracy and explainability.
Autonomous Revenue Expansion

- Identify who is ready to buy and what they will purchase next.
- Enable autonomous upsell and cross-sell from CRM and marketing signals.
- Power a continuous revenue flywheel.
Platform & Differentiation

- Define Scowtt’s differentiation versus traditional sales automation.
- Bring Marketing intelligence into Sales execution.
- Enable GTM teams with strong product narratives.
Cross-Functional Leadership

- Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Align product execution with commercial strategy.
- Drive SOC 2 compliance initiatives across the product lifecycle by embedding 'Security by Design' into PRDs, prioritizing enterprise-grade security features (RBAC, SSO, Audit Logging), and enforcing rigorous change management and third-party vendor risk assessments
Who You Are

- Strategic, hands-on Product Manager.
- Fluent in AI-driven platforms and CRM data.
- Revenue-oriented and customer-focused.
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in Product Management
- 2+ years experience with AI-driven or data-heavy products
- 2+ years in building products based on agentic technology

Pay range and compensation package
Based on the level hired at and location, the cash compensation for this role ranges between $190,000 to $250,000. Selected candidate/s will be eligible for standard benefits and attractive startup equity.
