Business Analyst

You should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Product Development Environment within Engineering or IT. You are expected to be highly skilled in business analysis and have a good understanding of project scope, time & cost management. Furthermore, you have experience from complex organizations, stakeholder management, priority setting and giving presentations.

To be successful in this role, important personal qualities are perseverance and customer focus to secure end-user benefits. We also consider experience from process management and organization change management as meriting.

You have a Master´s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent. Certifications e.g. PMP or educational specializations relevant to the role are also meriting.

-Great communicational & presentation skills are required -Fluent in English both spoken and written -You need to be good at creating business relationships and at networking in a large global organization -Used to working in an international environment -Many years of experience either within IT and/or R&D preferably within the Automotive industry -Experience from working according to SAFe

To facilitate modeling and analysis of business processes and operations from a requirement management perspective or develop concepts for a product. Identify risks regarding the functional solution from a user experience perspective and proposes changes in business processes, IT implementations and/or operations when necessary.
