This is how you make an impact as a Manufacturing Industrialization Engineer
As a Manufacturing Industrialization Engineer, you develop tailored electronics manufacturing processes for challenging industrialization projects and integrate lean manufacturing principles into the product development lifecycle. You realize complex high tech assembly processes while ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards, working independently with limited supervision.
In this role, you represent industrialization within cross-functional teams and ensure a smooth transition from development to manufacturing. You align process requirements with product specifications and manufacturing criteria, making sure process capabilities meet all defined standards.
You drive quality by applying lean principles and continuous improvement methods, focusing on modular and standardized solutions. These enable efficient processes throughout development and production, while maintaining quality and full regulatory compliance at every stage.
You are a part of a multi-functional team responsible for all manufacturing aspects of innovative and high tech micro (opto)electronics assemblies. Customers range from leading OEMs to startups in the Semicon, Medical and Aerospace and Defense industry In this role you will report to the Manager Process Development and collaborate with many other teams and internal and external stakeholders (Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Process development, IT, Sales, etc.).

This is wat you bring to the team
· Bachelor’s / master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Science.
· Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Manufacturing/Operations environment, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Production Engineering, or Cost Engineering or equivalent.
