Job requirements As Sous-Chef, you are the right hand of our Head Chef and co-responsible for the day-to-day operations in the kitchen. You actively contribute to the menu, bring your creativity to the development and testing of new recipes, and ensure that every dish leaves the kitchen just as it should: lovingly prepared, beautifully plated, and served right on time. You are a natural point of contact for the team and help colleagues grow through your knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm. Together with the Head Chef, you maintain quality and organization in the kitchen and proactively tackle any challenges.
