Job description
Position: Sous Chef (Filipino Only) Location: Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia (Al Jubail) Experience Required: 7–8 years (minimum 5 years in Saudi Arabia)
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef specializing in steak preparation and kitchen leadership. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in cooking steaks to different levels of doneness (rare, medium rare, well done) and the ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
•
Prepare and cook high-quality steaks and grilled items to standard doneness levels
•
Oversee kitchen operations and support the Head Chef
•
Lead and supervise kitchen staff based on experience level
•
Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste
•
Manage food preparation for burgers, steaks, and appetizers
•
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
Requirements
•
Filipino nationality (preferred/required)
•
7–8 years of culinary experience
•
Minimum 5 years of experience working in Saudi Arabia
•
Strong background in steak, burgers, and appetizers
•
Proven leadership and team management skills
•
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information
•
Candidates must be willing to undergo a physical cooking test in the Eastern Province (Al Jubail)
