Your role

As Executive Chef , you will be responsible for defining and leading the overall culinary strategy of Nômade Temple Madrid. You will oversee the gastronomic identity of the project, ensuring that all food concepts, standards, and culinary experiences align with the brand vision and business objectives. Working closely with leadership teams, you will drive innovation, profitability, operational excellence, and long-term culinary development across all food and beverage outlets.

What you will do

•

Define and develop the overall culinary vision and gastronomic strategy for the property

•

Create and evolve food concepts that reflect the Nômade brand identity and guest experience philosophy

•

Establish culinary standards, recipes, operational guidelines, and quality benchmarks across all outlets

•

Lead menu engineering and strategic product development to optimize guest satisfaction and profitability

•

Develop annual culinary objectives, budgets, and performance targets in collaboration with senior management

•

Analyze business performance indicators and identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational optimization

•

Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers, producers, and culinary partners

•

Identify market trends, guest preferences, and industry innovations to keep the gastronomic offering relevant and competitive

•

Oversee culinary recruitment strategies, succession planning, and leadership development within the kitchen structure

•

Mentor and support Head Chefs and kitchen leadership teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

•

Collaborate with Marketing, Events, Wellness, and Operations teams to develop unique gastronomic experiences and activations

•

Ensure all culinary operations align with company policies, sustainability initiatives, and brand standards

•

Participate in pre-opening, expansion, and future development projects related to food and beverage operations

•

Represent the culinary identity of Nômade Temple Madrid both internally and externally, acting as an ambassador of the brand

•

Contribute actively to the successful growth, positioning, and long-term consolidation of the project

Requirements

•

Extensive experience as Executive Chef, Culinary Director, or senior culinary leadership role within hospitality or lifestyle-driven concepts

•

Proven experience developing culinary concepts and managing multi-outlet food operations

•

Strong knowledge of food cost management, budgeting, menu engineering, and business planning

•

Demonstrated experience leading senior kitchen management teams

•

Deep understanding of culinary trends, sustainability practices, and guest experience design

•

Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance

•

Fluency in Spanish and English

•

Additional languages are a plus

•

Valid EU work permit
