Let us describe the challenge we offer

At the moment we have an exciting opportunity as Fleet Sales Support to complete our sales team. In this role, you will support our Key Account Managers in their daily sales activities for Fleet clients. Your mission is simple: make sure our sales team can fully focus on visiting clients, building relationships, and selling cars — while you keep everything organized and moving forward internally. This is an opportunity to be part of the exciting Polestar journey and be able to form and shape our business success whilst transforming the whole industry. The role will be based in Brussels and reports to the Corporate Sales Manager of Polestar in Belgium.

What you´ll do

Set up new fleet clients correctly in the internal systems

Follow up quotations, orders, and customer requests

Support the Key Account Managers with administrative and commercial tasks

Prepare and maintain lists of potential clients and leads

Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales information

Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and support sales activities

Occasionally perform cold calling to identify new business opportunities

Act as an important link between internal departments, customers, and the sales team

You and your skills

To be successful in this role we expect you to have

You are highly organized and work accurately

You enjoy supporting others and helping a team succeed

You are proactive and take ownership of your work

You have a commercial mindset and are not afraid to pick up the phone

You are energetic, hands-on, and solution-oriented

Experience in sales support, administration, customer service, or fleet/automotive is a plus

Excellent level of spoken and written Dutch & French

Strong Knowledge of Salesforce + is highly appreciated

Good knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint

As a person you have an analytical mindset and outstanding communication skills to motivate , educate and guide all commercial parties in the order processing flow . You are also a flexible and agile individual who thrives working in fast-paced and dynamic environment and who has a can-do attitude. You are very sociable, who thrives on clear communication and motivating external parties to achieve the win-win. Last but not least, you have passion for cars and people.
