Your role

As a Hostess/Host , you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and memorable first impression. You will manage reservations, welcome guests, and ensure a smooth flow of service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Your role is essential in creating a seamless and personalized guest experience from the moment guests arrive.

What you will do

Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality

•

Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waiting lists

•

Escort guests to their tables and provide information about the venue

•

Coordinate with the restaurant and service teams to optimize table allocation

•

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback professionally

•

Ensure reservation systems are updated and accurate

•

Maintain an organized reception and host stand area

•

Assist in maximizing guest satisfaction and operational efficiency

•

Support special events and guest experience initiatives when required

Requirements

•

Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or similar guest-facing role is preferred

•

Strong customer service and communication skills

•

Experience using reservation management systems is a plus

•

Fluent English (Spanish is a plus)

•

Valid EU / Ibiza work permit
