Your role

As a Retail Attendant , you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our guests while representing the unique identity and values of Nômade. You will assist customers, maintain the presentation of the retail space, and ensure smooth daily operations.

You will play an important role in creating a welcoming environment where guests can discover carefully curated products and memorable experiences.

What you will do

Welcome and assist guests in the retail store with a friendly and professional approach

•

Provide product information and personalized recommendations

•

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

•

Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays

•

Replenish stock and ensure products are properly organized

•

Monitor inventory levels and report stock needs

•

Keep the retail space clean, organized, and inviting

•

Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally

•

Support promotional activities and special events when required

Who we’re looking for

Passionate about retail, hospitality, and guest service

•

Positive, outgoing, and customer-focused personality

•

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•

Organized with excellent attention to detail

•

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

•

Team player with a proactive attitude

•

Interest in lifestyle, wellness, fashion, or curated retail experiences is a plus

Requirements

•

Previous experience in retail, sales, or hospitality is preferred

•

Basic understanding of retail operations and customer service standards

•

Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

•

Fluent English (Spanish is a plus)

•

Valid EU / Ibiza work permit
