What you will be doing

We are seeking a Manager , F ullstack Engineer to serve as a technical leader within our organization.

You will architect distributed systems that are both scalable and maintainable, making high-level decisions about cloud infrastructure and system design. You are an expert in the modern web ecosystem who can mentor others in XP (Extreme Programming) practices while contributing directly to our most mission-critical AI-driven and data-intensive systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead the implementation of complex, cloud-native architectures that integrate React frontends with distributed Python microservice s
• Mentor entry and senior engineers through code reviews, pairing, and by defining the organization's technical standards.
• Make p ragmatic decisions on technology choices, balancing speed of delivery with long-term system stability and "clean architecture."
• Lead the integration of advanced AI/ML models into the production stack, ensuring high availability and low-latency inference.
• Collaborate with designers (via Figma) and product owners to translate high-level business goals into a technical roadmap.

Your Toolkit

• 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer with a proven track record of shipping scalable, high-volume systems.
• Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Redux, and Python.
• Experience with Cloud Infrastructure (Azure/AWS), containerization (Docker/K8s), and advanced CI/CD automation.
• A staunch advocate for TDD, XP, and Continuous Deployment as a means to achieve business agility.
