What you will be doing

As a Fullstack Engineer, you are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex features. You understand that "done" means the code is tested, documented, and deployed. You balance the need for high-quality frontend experiences in React with the performance and security requirements of a Python backend. You are a pragmatic problem solver who can navigate technical tradeoffs to deliver value in a fast-paced, distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship production-ready systems, from database schema design to frontend state management (Redux/Context API).
• Champion TDD and Pair Programming to maintain high code quality and reduce technical debt.
• Design and implement scalable RESTful or GraphQL APIs that serve diverse frontend needs and third-party integrations.
• Monitor and optimize frontend performance (web vitals) and backend latency to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Contribute to the improvement of CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks to speed up delivery.

Your Toolkit

• 3–5 years of professional experience building and maintaining production-grade applications.
• Advanced proficiency in Python (Django/ FastAPI /Flask) and React (Hooks, modern patterns).
• Deep comfort with Agile/Lean methodologies and a "test-first" engineering philosophy.
• Bonus: Ability to navigate and extract assets/specifications directly from Figma .
