What you will be doing

Reporting to the Partner: Consulting, you will be required to,

Handle clients directly on project assignments (run workshops, client meetings, formal presentations). Manage multiple projects and clients involving the management of multidisciplinary teams, including Consultants, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers. You will also handle commercial responsibilities and own proposal development end to end.

Among your responsibilities as Consulting Director, you will:

• Be accountable for the success of the projects from a client and team perspective
• Deliver the highest standards of quality on your projects
• Lead multidisciplinary teams (Consultants, data scientists, AI engineers)
• Continuously stay on top of Data and AI knowledge
• Support a commercial strategy to develop the country client portfolio through personal contacts, events, etc
• Build proposals supporting the client needs
• Develop client and project portfolios (business development)
• Develop our Global Knowledge platform
• Represent thought leadership for clients (sharing frameworks, methodologies, knowledge that Artefact develops globally)
• Ensure the spread of the Consulting team's knowledge across the company at local and Global level
• Grow Consultants and continuously improve the team's tools and methods to raise performance systematically
• Enable other Consultants as their line manager

Your Toolkit

• Demonstrated success in your first 6+ years of career at a tier 1 consulting firm and have 4+ years of experience managing projects and/or clients
• Solid experience in data-related topics, including but not limited to data transformation, cloud infrastructure, AI & machine learning
• Strong interest in Data,
• Preferably sector-specific knowledge in either Retail, Financial Services, or Telco
• Education qualification – Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Science, Engineering, Statistics, Science or a related quantitative field
